Beta changelog

- Now shows when animations are encoding in gallery views
- Drawing canvas no-longer repaints after each drawing event (should prevent randomly losing drawings)
- Editor playback should now use the correct delays
- Thumbnails and poster images are now correctly displayed for layered animations

- Investigate why last frame timing is always too short (affects the production site too)
- Show all layers in timeline and frame-picker
- Improve undo
- Configurable layer and onion-skin views

But even when I refresh I just get a Loading screen

Ok, I think i've fixed that if you repeat the steps above.

- Added a layer visibility toggle button
- Fixed display of animation frame count and time

- Layer *above* your current layer will now show in the editor if it is set to visible

(note that the frame count will still be incorrect until an animation is edited and re-saved)

- Added an error handler so you'll see a message instead of a blank white page
Also if you try changing a color with the bucket it doesnt fill in all the way. For the paint lines it only does a section and for the pencil texture it only does a few pixels usually
